‘In Control’

Based on Dutch regulation (‘Besluit gedragstoezicht financiële ondernemingen’) every Dutch investment fund that has to comply with the Dutch Financial Supervision Act has to disclose an ‘In-control statement’ in their annual report. This statement includes a statement by the directors or managers of the fund that it has described the internal control environment and that the internal control environment is working according to the description.
