Solutional Working Enviroment

Solutional as your employer

As a result of its wide variety in services and products, Solutional is active in different markets. This means that we require personnel with various types of qualifications at multiple levels of our organisation. This offers young people an excellent long term perspective because we offer a lot of personal development opportunities.

When you are interested in financial reporting standards then our Financial Reporting services might be exactly what you are looking for. If your background lies in risk management & control then you could be someone for our projects in this area.

Salary

We offer a basic salary that is according to market practice in The Netherlands using scales per function. We also have a system of variable remuneration based on an employee’s performance.

Employee benefits

Following is a brief overview of the benefits Solutional offers to its employees:

  • A salary system that includes monthly salary, holiday pay and a variable remuneration based on performance
  • Participation in the Solutional pension plan
  • Study allowance
  • Company car (when required)
  • Possibility to work part-time

Working environment

Next to a good employee benefits package we strive to offer a good working environment as well. Solutional employees will be engaged in assignments in various disciplines as much as possible. Solutional is trying to maintain suitable working conditions for its employees by making clear arrangements with clients. In doing so Solutional is making sure that all employees are provided with a variety of challenges and good career opportunities.

Flexibility

Solutional operates in markets that are known for a ‘busy season’, mostly in the first half of the year. We expect our employees to adapt their working hours to their client’s busy season. However, Solutional does not support a company culture where employees do a lot of overtime on a structural basis. Solutional actively supports a good ‘life balance’ for all employees.
