Solutional Advisory Services started7 April 2006
Today, the management of Solutional Holding has taken an important step in the continued structural expansion of the service provided. The creation of Solutional Advisory Services B.V. enables Solutional to offer the services of interim professionals to support companies in various projects, such as Sarbanes Oxley, Basel II, Supervision of Investment Institutions Act (‘BtB’) ‘in control’ statements, as well as general support to Internal Audit and Compliance departments and management.
Solutional as a long term partner25 January 2006
Today, Solutional signed a cooperation agreement with a prominent fund administrator, for which Solutional will prepare the annual reports of the investment funds administered by the fund administrator. Both parties have expressed their wish that this will be a long-term partnership.
Solutional Starts30 December 2005
The official start of Solutional as a company. With the creation of Solutional Holding B.V. and Solutional Financial Reporting B.V the company is now legally established.
