This 2011 updated booklet “Who is who” in the Netherlands Alternative Investment Industry promotes the Netherlands as the prime location for alternative investment funds (AIF’s). It analyzes the diffence between the Netherlands and other onshore jurisdictions that claim to be an attractive location for AIF’s. It also contains a comparison of tax regimes and a summary of the opportunities available to start-up funds in the Netherlands. This booklet provides details of all of the investment companies, pension funds, law firms and service providers. Solutional supports Holland Financial Center on a continuous basis and joined the GAIM International Conference in Monaco in 2010 and 2011.

Currently Solutional Academy is working on Elearning modules focussed on the asset management industry. Next to the Dutch Supervision Act, online training will be developed for IFRS basics for investment funds, financial instruments under IFRS and current development sessions that highlight important developments in law and regulation each quarter.
