This quick scan will enable you to assess the ‘AFM readiness” of your organization with a focus on the appropriateness of design, existence and operating effectiveness of the quality controls. The quick scan can be used in two ways: (1) Performing a self assessment yourself by filling in the questionnaire with your knowledge of your organization, (2) Completing the questionnaire with the support of our professionals.
