For seven months the Internal Audit department of a major asset manager will be supported by an interim professional supplied by Solutional Advisory Services. The work will consist of performing operational audits and ensuring the coordination and quality of the test activities based on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Solutional Advisory Services has signed a cooperation agreement with the Compliance and Internal Control department of a major asset manager with a view to providing support to a number of current projects, such as preparing for the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley, Basel II and the ‘in control’ statement of the Supervision of Investment Institutions Act (‘BtB’).
